Clinic Assistant

We’re on the look out for in-clinic assistants who will bring value to our team, if you think you are up for it,express your interest

  • Familiar with Plato and processes: Proficient in using the Plato system and thoroughly understand the clinic’s processes to ensure efficient operations. 
  • Strong organisational skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, keeping the clinic orderly, and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
  • Effective communication abilities: Communicate clearly with both patients and staff, ensuring that everyone is informed and processes run smoothly.
  • Problem-solving skills: Quickly and effectively address any issues that arise, minimising disruptions, as per SOP and to raise up to supervisors if needed.
  • Resourcefulness: Adept at finding solutions and using available resources to overcome challenges
  • Composure under pressure: Remain calm and perform effectively in a fast-paced or stressful environment, maintaining high standards even during busy times. 
  • Speak up: Have the courage to uphold the duty of speaking up regarding interpersonal conflicts or inefficiencies in work processes. 
  • Has the attention to detail to track medication and consumable usage, handle expiry checks, and follow SOPs for reordering stock. 
  • Can juggle patient-facing duties, admin tasks, and back-end support such as maintaining medication cabinets, restocking consultation rooms, and coordinating with vendors. 
  • Adaptable, hands-on, and committed to keeping the clinic clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.

1. Knows the importance of accuracy in appointment handling, billing, Plato-usage, medication dispensing, radiology prep, and now clinic stock control which breaks down to the following daily operations:

  • Registration of patients into plato system accurately
  • Verifying TPA 
  • Claiming TPA/CHAS/Medisave
  • Able to fill in referral/order forms correctly
  • Prepares blood tube correctly 
  • Ensure labs are informed for pick up
  • Understands the daily operations of a dynamic medical clinic that includes radiology, medication dispensary, and preventive care services.
  • Understands that well-managed inventory supports smooth clinic function and patient safety, and that keeping the clinic stocked is as important as keeping it running.

4. Be vigilant in identifying process/workflow gaps to be flagged up as issues, and be participative in helping to come up with viable solutions.

  • Takes ownership of clinic upkeep, including monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and flagging low inventory before it becomes a problem.

Radiographer

  • Holds valid professional qualifications and licensing for radiography in Singapore. 
  • Technically proficient in X-Ray, DEXA, and/or Ultrasound, and capable of learning any new systems introduced in the clinic group.
  • Can follow strict MOH protocols for radiation safety, infection control, and data documentation.
  • Physically and mentally prepared to support a high-volume, high-standards clinical setting while maintaining patient empathy and professionalism.
  • Can assist in calibration, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, and coordinating with vendors or biomedical teams as needed.
  • Understands the role of radiology in early detection, chronic disease management, and preventive health planning.  
  • Sees how accurate, high-quality imaging supports doctors in building long-term health strategies for patients—not just acute care.
  • Understands their responsibility in maintaining imaging quality, patient safety, equipment calibration, and workflow efficiency. 
  • Understands that radiographer is a service oriented role and their responsibility to ensure patients feel safe and comfortable during the procedure. Treating patients with care, empathy and professionalism.
  • Gets that this is more than just scanning—it’s about contributing to a personalised health journey for each patient 
  • Understands that administration work is part of delivering services to patients
  • Genuinely wants to be part of a multidisciplinary, preventive health team, working closely with  doctors and clinic staff to deliver coordinated care.
  • Takes pride in producing clear, accurate images, and wants to help patients feel at ease during their procedures.
  • Willingly participates in workflow improvements, patient education, and collaborates with other departments such as dispensary and front desk.
  • Motivated to keep learning—open to training in DEXA scans, mammograms, and ultrasound, and learning how imaging integrates into longevity-focused  medical screening.

Clinic Doctor

Resident doctor positions are available with attractive remuneration packages and flexible hours. Locum doctors are welcome to contact us as well. 

  • Strong clinical skills: Skilled in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of common medical conditions, especially chronic disease management, preventive health screenings, and health optimization.
  • Ability to manage patient care with attention to detail: Can effectively assess and manage patients’ health needs, from health screening results to personalized treatment planning.
  • Use of technology and diagnostics: Comfortable with advanced medical technology used for diagnostics (e.g., radiology, CTDNA cancer screening, ultrasound) and incorporates evidence-based findings to inform patient care decisions.
  • Patient communication: Able to explain complex medical information clearly and empathetically to patients, helping them understand the importance of screenings, tests, and lifestyle changes. 
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment: Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, incorporating feedback from colleagues (e.g., dietitians, physical therapists, other specialists) to provide holistic patient care.
  • Time management and patient load management: Can manage patient schedules effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless care continuity, even during peak patient load times.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy: Shows emotional intelligence when interacting with patients, responding to their concerns with compassion and care, ensuring that they feel heard and supported throughout their care journey.
  • Understand the clinic’s mission and patient care philosophy: Understands the company’s focus on chronic care management and 1 year plan
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and adopts the AMG protocol for Doctors
  • Clinical competency: Understands the need to follow evidence-based medicine, adhere to clinical protocols, and keep up with the latest advancements in preventive healthcare and radiology. 
  • Team collaboration: Understands the value of working as part of an integrated team, collaborating with other departments (e.g. Operations and radiography team)  to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
  • Understands the importance of motivational interviewing in building trust and rapport with patients, as a first step to discussing and guiding behaviour change with regards to lifestyle and medical intervention
  • Passion for preventive medicine: Eager to contribute to the clinic’s mission of preventing illness and enhancing quality of life through early diagnosis and lifestyle management.
