Our clinics offer affordable medical check-ups for work permit applications, as required by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Walk-ins are welcome for all check-ups, and same-day appointments are also available.
Medical check-ups are available at all our clinics; however, X-rays are only provided at our full-service medical centres located in Bukit Timah and Marine Parade.

S Pass
Employers are required by MOM to send their mid-skilled foreign employees for a medical exam before they can get their S-Pass issued or renewed.

Same day reports can be requested for applications / renewals that do not require an X-Ray. A same day service charge of $30 applies and appointments will have to be in the mornings (Not valid for weekends and public holidays).Â
 If you require a Chest X-Ray as part of the report, the express service is only available Monday – Friday for appointments before 12pm.
Fasting is generally not required for the work permit medical check-up. However, if additional blood tests are required, we will inform you in advance.
The check-up typically takes around 30–40 minutes with an appointment, depending on the required tests.
Yes, chest X-rays can be done on the same day if your appointment is in the morning, or if you visit one of our full-service medical centres.
Typically, results are available within 2 to 3 working days. Express reporting is available for a fee of $30, before GST.
The check-up generally includes a chest X-ray, blood tests, physical examination, and vision tests (near, far, and colour vision), depending on the requirements for the application.
Yes, it is recommended to make an appointment. We accept walk-ins, but appointments ensure quicker processing.

Yes, there may be additional fees for same-day reports or for any special medical tests that may be required.
If you fail the medical check-up, your application may be delayed or rejected. You may need to seek further medical treatment or submit additional documentation.
We will send the endorsed medical report to the email address you provided. Alternatively, you may choose to collect a physical copy at the clinic where you underwent the medical check-up.
No, a physical copy is not required for the application. However, you may collect it if you wish.
