The Employment Pass (E-Pass) or S-Pass are statutory medical checkups required by the Ministry of Manpower. These usually required of foreigners working in Singapore, upon arrival and at regular intervals after.

What to expect?
Please bring this form down to our clinic during your visit.
A physical examination will be performed by the doctor, on each individual, to assess your cardiovascular, respiratory, abdominal and neurological system.
Additional Tests:
Depending on the form the individual has received from MOM, additional tests may be conducted:
- Blood Tests for HIV
- X-ray (Chest) for tuberculosis
+ Fasting is NOT required.
+ Declaration that the individual is not pregnant must be done before X-rays
