Fast for 6 hours
We test both fasting glucose and HbA1c for a fuller picture about your glucose tolerance and diabetes control. Fasting also lets you add fasting insulin or hormones on the day.

Blood draw, biometrics, and imaging where applicable (Wellness tier). Blood-only screening is as fast as 30 minutes; Wellness with imaging typically takes 60 minutes or more (some scans need a full bladder, or take longer if we find something worth examining closely).

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to fast?
Yes, 6 hours. This lets us test both fasting glucose AND HbA1c together for a fuller picture about your glucose tolerance and diabetes control. Fasting also lets you add tests like fasting insulin or hormone panels on the day of your screening if clinically relevant.
How long is the screening?
Blood-only screening (Foundation, Dynamic) takes about 30 minutes on-site. Wellness screening with imaging can take 60 minutes or more — some scans (like a pelvic ultrasound) need a full bladder, or take longer if we find something worth examining closely.
When do I get my results?
Your doctor will review your results with you within 7 days of your screening. This is a real conversation — not just a PDF.
Which package is right for me?
Foundation is a good baseline for first-time screeners or those under 35. Dynamic adds advanced cardiac markers and gut health — for adults 35+ or those with family history of chronic disease. What if I want a doctor to help me decide on the day?

Can I use CHAS, Medisave, or my insurance?
Health screening is not covered under standard CHAS or Medisave. Some corporate insurance policies cover routine screening — check with your HR or insurer. We can provide invoices for flexibenefit claims, and itemised invoices are available on request. Contact us on WhatsApp for guidance.
