What patients ask us most
Most packages offer non-fasting options. Some specific tests — particularly fasting glucose and certain lipid measurements — are more accurate with fasting. Our team will advise you at the time of booking. If your appointment includes an abdominal ultrasound, a short fast beforehand gives clearer images.
Foundation and Essentials packages typically take 45–60 minutes for the screen itself, plus a doctor consultation once results are ready. Comprehensive packages with imaging require 1.5–2 hours. Same-day bookings are available at all three locations.
Results are ready within 72 hours for blood tests. Imaging results may take slightly longer depending on the type of scan. A doctor consultation is scheduled once all results are available — you don’t just receive a printout, you receive an explanation.
Screen For Life subsidies are available for eligible Singapore Citizens. CHAS subsidies may apply for certain tests. Some employer insurance policies cover health screening — check with your HR or insurer. Our team can advise on what’s claimable at the time of booking.
The simplest answer: if you’re under 35 with no family history, Foundation is the right start. If you’re 35–45 or have family history of chronic disease, Essentials adds meaningful depth.
