Where can I get a routine blood test?

Advantage Medical Group provides a variety of health screening packages, starting from $60 for our most basic and routine blood test. Our most comprehensive package, Ultimate, starts at $1088. You may also request for specific blood tests as per your requirement.


Where can I do a full blood test in Singapore?

We have a full blood count test at $16.80, or a full blood count test with ESR at $25.20. Alternatively, if you are looking for a full blood testing package, you may also look at our health screening packages which start at $60.


Can I do a full body checkup at the polyclinic?

Generally, polyclinics do not offer comprehensive health screenings. Instead, they provide screenings for specific diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and diabetes. You are able to do a full body check up with Advantage Medical Clinic in 4 different locations islandwide.


How fast can I get blood test results?

This depends on the blood test done. Generally, we are able to provide your blood test results within 1 to 7 days. We are also able to provide a review of your results over teleconsultation to suit your convenience.


Is fasting required for a blood test in Singapore?

Most blood tests or health screening packages from Advantage Medical Group do not require fasting, unless you are opting for the Fasting Glucose blood test.

Is it ok to drink water before a blood test?

Yes, it is ok to drink water before a blood test, unless specifically advised otherwise to you.


Can blood tests detect health problems?

Yes, they can be used to diagnose a condition based on a patient's symptoms. Alternatively, they may also be used as part of health screening for patients who may feel well. Some common conditions that can be detected (but are not limited to) are: high cholesterol, diabetes, anemia, infection, liver and kidney issues.


How much is a blood type test in Singapore?

A blood type test costs $15. This takes 3-5 working days and our staff will send the results to your email.


Can I ask my GP for my blood type?

Yes, as mentioned above, we are able to test your blood type for you and send the results to you.🙂
